❤︎ Why come: to step outside your routine, unplug from your phone, move your body under the open sky, and leave a little lighter, with a few new friends.
Under the Live Oaks
Retreat Ranch · Marble Falls, TX
What we do: a 45-minute outdoor yoga flow under the live oaks, followed by a community circle where we paint a rock with an intention to call in for the month. Leave it on the land, or take it home as a reminder.
When: Tuesday evenings once a month, 5:30–7:30 pm

What I do:
Guest care & communication: your guests’ go-to person for questions, needs, and schedule reminders
Activity coordination & flow: from yoga to sound baths to horseback rides, I handle setup, transitions, and keeping everything on time
Content capture: behind-the-scenes photos and videos of candid moments, ceremonies, and group activities, delivered to a shared Google Drive after your retreat
Testimonial gathering: video or written testimonials from your guests, captured at the right moments (never pushy), to help fill your next retreat
Your link to the Retreat Ranch team: towels, tech issues, a weather backup plan? I handle it directly with the ranch so you don’t have to

Rate: $45/hour · 6-hour minimum per retreat day
Deposit: $75 per day booked (non-refundable, goes toward your total)

Advance booking required; availability depends on schedule

Booking two or more consecutive days requires overnight lodging

Wherever you’re gathering, I’ll meet you there. I’ll arrive early, learn every corner, and take care of your guests from the first hello to the final goodbye, so you can focus on leading, not logistics.
❤ Who it’s for: retreat leaders hosting anywhere in the U.S. or around the world, for groups of up to 25 guests.
❤ Why book: every guest has chosen to step away from their everyday life for this experience, and I don’t take that lightly. I bring the joy, anticipate the little things, and keep the energy bright, even when flights are late, rain rolls in, or the schedule goes sideways.
