I've always been the girl who stops to smell the roses. So when I started tending to my own inner world, of course it became a garden.
We all have one, with roots, weeds, seasons, and magic. There's no finished garden. There are sunshine days and heavy ones. What matters is that we keep coming back.

Chicago city girl turned Hill Country flower-chaser.
On my 21st birthday, I walked through the gates of my very first retreat and felt the weight of the world fall off my shoulders. I didn't just find a place I loved. I found my calling. I've been tending my garden, and helping others tend theirs, ever since.
These days, you'll find me making retreats bloom, finishing my yoga teacher training, and hosting free outdoor classes where everybody belongs. I'm still growing, still learning, and so glad you're here!
